Mick finishing 8th at the Melle Pro Kermesse (Belgium) Hello all, How's everyone going? Hope all is well. Keep me posted with any gos from home, don't want to be out of the loop too long. Haven't been up to to much trouble in the last week. Gent City seems to be preparing for the Gent Fest. A huge Annual Festival, which goes for 10days or so. Alot of the locals remind us often about the late nights, noise, and parties all over the city. We are right in the middle of it all. So not expecting to much sleep through this time.

More km's with good buddy Neil Shirley Last time I wrote, I had just come back to San Diego from a criss-crossed adventure over the US of A. I settled back into the sun, surf and burritos that litter southern California, and I set about hitting the 5 hour rides out East with my good mate, Neil Shirley, he loves training so it is easy to head out and get good rides going, trying to smash each other all day long.... it's like being a junior again! You get back from training and you do all you can just to make a bowl of cereal because you are incapable of talking, let alone boiling water for pasta.... then you tend to fall asleep in a shattered heap on the lounge, watching one of the 50 terrible TV shows on in the mid afternoon.

In Yellow at the Tour de Singkarak (UCI 2.2) Hi all, First of all, welcome to the Team Budget Forklifts website and second, I would like to apologise for the late diary entry. The reason, well I have been busy and I know that everyone is busy in this day and age, but I needed to prioritise while I was racing/training/working and completing some University assignments so a few things got placed at the back of the queue. So with that out of the way, I will inform you all with what has been going on for me and the team over the past 2 months.
